A series of Solution Blueprints for a Fortune 100 client, promoting server-industry technologies.

Goals

Raise market awareness among systems integrators, consultants and IT professionals of how our client's technologies and products provide the basis for a wide variety of server solutions.

Challenges

• Ensuring the client's product messaging was clearly communicated over a wide array of solutions.

• Producing over 200 blueprints.

• Coordinating multiple client and third-party content sources for each blueprint.

• Assuring that every blueprint followed the client's trademark, messaging, legal and corporate guidelines.

• Producing error-free, consistent documents for CD, Web and printed distribution.

Solution

Over a two-year period, Mesh Communications Group applied its savvy in a wide variety of new and emerging technologies to write and edit the blueprints and ensure that the appropriate marketing messages were used to describe our client's offerings in the server industry.

Mesh defined a streamlined production process, including reviews, tracking and reporting, which allowed our team to produce multiple blueprints simultaneously.

Results

A published press release reported that the Solution Blueprints program grew the server industry by $1 billon. It also earned our client a prestigious award.
